Fit2Fight (F2F) is a unique group circuit training workout program that incorporates kickboxing, punching and kicking using pads, bags and targets, along with lifting weights, gym equipment, running, jumping, mobility, calisthenics and stretching. F2F participants train like fighters but in a format that isn't intimidating or overwhelming for those completely unfamiliar with fighting, boxing, etc. Sessions are fast paced and will lead to you losing weight, feeling better, and the best part is you are getting tons of cardio without feeling like it. No monotonous running or walking on a treadmill or elliptical. You are actively participating constantly which makes the time fly by!
The foundation of our program, and primary source of cardiovascular training at F2F, participants routinely learn and perform authentic kickboxing training. Jumping rope, shadow boxing, along with punching and kicking bags, pads, shields, speed, double end and heavy bags not only burn calories but is a great stress reliever. F2F is not cardio kickboxing, yet another workout fad, F2F is Real kickboxing. Over time, F2F participants will develop real skills and techniques on the way to getting in great
F2F training space consists of over 4000 square feet of gym and matted studio. There are over 25 pieces of gym equipment, extensive free weights ranging from 2 to 125 lbs., 1500 lbs. of plates, and many extras such as the weight sled, tires and sledge hammers, battles ropes, and much more! Extensive circuit variations and these circuits are tailored to your individual fitness level. Free towel service is
offered. Tried and true - and often overlooked - calisthenics have been and will be around forever. Push ups, pull ups, and squats - along with some progressive variations - help to make up the "body sculpting" segment of F2F's 6 week program. Generally performed in sets and reps, during timed intervals or at varying speeds, calisthenics are a proven way to build a natural and appealing physique.
